General Conditions:

All orders must be paid for before shipping.

We aim to ship all orders on the NEXT WORKING DAY !!

We have NO ORDER LIMIT and NO MINIMUM SPEND.

ALL NEW AND RETURNING CUSTOMERS WILL RECIVE A 10% COUPON !!

We charge a £1.50 packaging Fee, which is included in the postage. 

USED:

All used parts are sorted, graded and re-sold in bulk if they do not meet the criteria of condition. Such as (sun damage, bite marks, scratches and play damage)

All used Minifigures are graded with the same process but price reflects condition.

NEW:

All New parts and Minifigures have come from the PICK A BRICK wall or from new sets, these have been further sorted following the past guidelines.

All minifigures are dispatched disassembled.

All parts are bagged separately where possible to avoid damage when shipping.

All New sets are factory sealed. condition varies by listing following our grading system. 

OUR GRADING SYSTEM:

New - This is a new part or minifigure from a new set.

Used grading:

Excellent - such as: minimal play damage, some light abrasion.

Good - such as: some play damage, medium abrasion, some deep scratches, some loss of print.

Fair - such as: some play damage, medium abrasion, some deep scratches, some loss of print

All pieces are described on condition within there respective lots using terms such as above. 

We strive to bring you the best quality used and New lego for all your building needs. 

Part Availability:

We don't expect issues with our inventory but if we cannot supply you with your part, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a credit for the relevant part.

International Shipments:

Please Note that we DO NOT ship to outside the UK at this time. 

Please double check that your order is complete before placing the order, items CANNOT be added once the order is PACKED.  

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your package is lost or damaged we will try our best to rectify this but We will only be able to refund the compensation ammount selected on the insurance of your order. 

We pack all our orders with care and attention to give you the best experience possible.
